July 17th-18th31st Annual Mize Watermelon Festival Takes place at Mize City Park with music, arts and crafts, food and lots of watermelons. Gates open at 5:00pm on July 17 with Gospel music at 6:00pm. On July 18, the fun starts at 8:30am and goes all day.
Festival admission is $5 for adults, $3 for 10 and under each day. Sponsored by Mize Volunteer Fire Department. For more details, call 601-733-5647 or 601-733-2218.
